I’m a strategist, speaker, and executive coach working at the intersections of leadership, generational wealth, social impact, and systems design. With deep roots in community engagement, philanthropy, and executive leadership, my work centers on building transformational relationships and designing future-forward solutions that create opportunities for historically underinvested communities.

As the founder and CEO of làmdi, I lead a boutique consultancy that partners with leaders, organizations, and cross-sector networks to design strategies rooted in equity, cultural wealth, and sustainable growth. Our work spans executive recruiting, management consulting, executive coaching, and speaking — helping organizations navigate change, cultivate beloved community, and embrace innovation in fundraising, governance, and leadership development.

I’ve worked across philanthropy, local government, small business ecosystems, refugee entrepreneurship, and creative economy projects, with a focus on bridging capital, culture, and community. Recent engagements include designing capital readiness programs for small businesses, creating inclusive leadership cohorts, coaching executives navigating health challenges and career transitions, and advising community-based organizations on governance and fundraising strategies.
